These terms cover your use of Third Wheel at thirdwheel.online. By creating an account or uploading a chat, you agree to them.

What Third Wheel is

Third Wheel is software that reads a chat export you upload and writes an AI-generated report about the conversation, in the voice of a fictional character. Reports are for entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind (psychological, medical, legal, financial or relationship counselling), and they can be wrong. Don't make important decisions based only on a report.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload conversations you took part in and have the right to share with us. Think about the other people in the chat: don't use Third Wheel to harass, expose or harm anyone, and don't publish reports in a way that identifies them without their consent.

Your content

You keep all rights to the chats you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service: counting messages, writing your reports, and storing them so you can read them again. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete a chat, or your whole account, at any time.

Payments

The opening of each report is free to read. Unlocking the full report is a one-time payment shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our reseller, Polar (polar.sh), who is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing, taxes and receipts. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Fair use

To keep things running for everyone, we limit how many free previews you can request. Don't try to get around limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to process content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Third Wheel available and accurate, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on a report, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
